License Grant & Intellectual Property
Turf To-Do grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the Application strictly for personal, non-commercial lawn management purposes.
All app logic, calculations, layout design, icon sets, and branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Turf To-Do, LLC.
Agronomic Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Application provides lawn maintenance suggestions, schedules, and fertilizer calculations based on generalized agronomic principles and localized weather estimates.
User Responsibility:
• You assume absolute liability for the execution of physical tasks, including the application of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, or the operation of heavy machinery (mowers, aerators, dethatchers).
No Warranty:
• Turf To-Do, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the exact aesthetic outcome of your lawn or the prevention of seasonal weeds, pests, or lawn diseases. We are not liable for property damage, chemical turf burn, or crop loss resulting from app recommendations. Always verify chemical product labels prior to application.

Subscription Packages and Billing
If you purchase a premium subscription feature tier within the Application, all billing transactions are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store infrastructure and are subject to Apple's standard payment

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your account or restrict your access to the Application for violations of these terms.
